It’s called Psychometric testing. Actually, there is nothing much to worry about Psychometric testing. It is basically a range of questions to see what sort of personality you have.

You proberly want to work in a team and company where you will be respected and find the culture, the same applies for the line manager and his boss, they would prefer to work with like minded people who are likely to enjoy the type of work given.

Psychometric testing have a bad name. It’ can be because many people feel that they are tests rather than a positive testing system.

You cannot prepare for  Psychometric testing , but having an outstanding CV that matches your industry may deter, or of course, the interviewer is your best buddy. You can though try to get your brain into gear by playing pschyometric testing games, there are some very good free one available online and from personal experience I can tell you that they do help with getting your brain into “think” mode.

Try to read your CV and think about how the PACE and TONE sounds. for example if I write LIKE THIS IN CAPTITALS, it will read that I am shouting, if I write in short sentences it can sound snappy.
